Helen Hartley writes monthly for Insight Magazine, Portmans – one of Australia’s leading fashion retailers, and for the Mind Body Spirit Festival websites. As heard regularly on radio stations Nova, 5AA and freshfm, Helen is able to translate complex astrological information into everyday language and present it in a pragmatic, humorous and caring manner. She is a highly skilled workshop facilitator, seminar and conference presenter.

Helen is the founder of Synchronicity Matters Pty Ltd, the parent of Astrology Matters and Hartley Consulting. She has been a practicing astrologer since 1980 and holds membership to the SA Chapter of the Federation of Australian Astrologers, the International Society of Business Astrologers and International Coaches Federation. She is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Certified Practicing Manager. Helen uses her unique mix of skills to provide her clients with strategy, process and timing to enable individuals to excel personally, professionally and in their business enterprises

In addition to the above, Helen holds a Graduate Certificate in Managing Organisational Change, Bachelor of Business (HRD), Associate Diploma of Education, and is a Qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor. She has accreditations in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®: Step I & II and FIRO B.  

In 2003 she was invited to join the Royal South Australian Deaf Society (Deaf SA) Board and was Vice President from 2004-2007.

She has spent many years as a Senior Human Resource Professional in global corporate life, developing corporate HR strategy, managing change, facilitating leadership and management development working with individuals on a one on one basis to provide coaching and mentoring at all levels within organisations.
